Terms & Conditions

Blackpool Premier Stays (Cork, Ireland)
 Minimum Stay: 8 Weeks

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, occupancy, and use of accommodation provided by Blackpool Premier Stays. By confirming a booking, guests agree to be legally bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Minimum Stay Requirement

All bookings made with Blackpool Premier Stays are subject to a strict minimum stay period of eight (8) consecutive weeks, and this requirement forms a fundamental condition of the agreement between the guest and the accommodation provider. Any request for a shorter duration must be agreed explicitly in writing prior to booking confirmation, and in the absence of such written agreement, the full minimum stay requirement shall apply regardless of actual occupancy duration.

2. Booking Confirmation & Payment Terms

A booking shall only be considered confirmed once a deposit or full payment, as specified at the time of booking, has been successfully received and acknowledged by Blackpool Premier Stays. Guests agree that failure to complete any required payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking, forfeiture of any deposit paid, and the reallocation of the accommodation to other prospective guests without further notice.

3. Security Deposit

Guests may be required to provide a refundable security deposit prior to check-in, which serves as financial protection against potential damages, excessive cleaning requirements, missing items, or breaches of these Terms & Conditions. The security deposit shall be held for the duration of the stay and may be partially or fully retained in the event of any such issues, with any remaining balance returned within a reasonable timeframe following inspection of the property after check-out.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Guests are required to adhere strictly to the agreed check-in and check-out times communicated prior to arrival, and failure to do so without prior approval may result in additional charges or delays in access to the property. Valid identification may be requested upon check-in for verification purposes, and guests agree to comply with all access procedures provided, including self check-in instructions where applicable.

5. Use of Property & Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to occupy and use the property in a respectful, lawful, and responsible manner at all times, ensuring that the accommodation is maintained in a clean and orderly condition throughout the duration of the stay. This includes proper disposal of waste, reasonable use of appliances and utilities, and ensuring that no actions are taken that may cause damage, nuisance, or disruption to neighbouring properties or the surrounding community.

6. Occupancy Limits

Guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy limit specified for the property at any time during the stay, and any unauthorised additional occupants may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund. The accommodation is intended solely for the use of registered guests, and overnight visitors or additional occupants require prior written approval.

7. Prohibited Activities

Guests are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activities that may compromise the safety, condition, or lawful use of the property, including but not limited to subletting, hosting parties or events without prior consent, engaging in illegal activities, smoking within the property, or tampering with safety or security equipment. Any breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and potential legal action.

8. Utilities & Fair Usage Policy

Where utilities such as electricity, water, heating, and internet are included as part of the stay, they are provided subject to a fair usage policy, and guests agree to use these services responsibly and in a manner consistent with normal residential consumption. Excessive or unreasonable usage may result in additional charges being applied, which the guest agrees to settle upon request.

9. Maintenance, Repairs & Access

Blackpool Premier Stays reserves the right to access the property during the stay for the purposes of inspection, maintenance, or necessary repairs, provided that reasonable notice is given to the guest except in cases of emergency. Guests agree to report any maintenance issues promptly and to take reasonable steps to prevent further damage where possible.

10. Damage, Loss & Cleaning

Guests shall be held fully responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, fixtures, or equipment during their stay, whether caused directly or indirectly by themselves or their visitors. In addition, if the property is left in an excessively unclean or unsatisfactory condition, additional cleaning charges may be applied and deducted from the security deposit or invoiced separately.

11. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blackpool Premier Stays shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of personal belongings, valuables, or other property belonging to guests or their visitors, whether occurring within the accommodation, communal areas, or surrounding premises, regardless of the cause, except where such loss or damage is directly attributable to the proven negligence of Blackpool Premier Stays.

12. Early Termination & Breach of Terms

Blackpool Premier Stays reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay immediately, without refund, in circumstances where there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to anti-social behaviour, illegal activity, or misuse of the property. In such cases, guests may be required to vacate the property immediately and may be held liable for any associated costs or damages.

13. Force Majeure

Blackpool Premier Stays shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations where such failure arises due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or utility outages, and no compensation shall be payable in such circumstances.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking and occupying the property, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any associated policies including the Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
